Puhleeze, spare us. The incredibly complicated compensation plan pays out a MAXIMUM of 5% of company (reported) profits if some dude who spends all day and all night recruiting sign-ins manages to corral a stadium full of dopes to sign on. This scheme is UNBELIEVABLE!!!
